Avocado toast 2 ways ... One of our house favorites for busy weekdays!!

Simple and quick recipe 👇🏼

1) Pic 1 - on a girddle toast a slice of sour dough bread with a little extra virgin olive oil (I use a few drops), slice avocado and place it on the toast,  sprinkle salt,  pepper and chilli flakes.

2) Pic 2 - chop 1 avocado, half a tomato, half an onion, mix them well in a bowl add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, coriander leaves (finely choped) and squeeze half a lime into this... Spread it on the toasted sour dough slice :-) done!
