Ingredients
1) onion 1
2) ginger 1 inch
3) garlic 3 pods
4) carrot 1
5) green chillies 2-3
6) flax seeds, chia seeds, white seasame seeds - 1 tablespoon
7) 2 cups boiled kidney bean / rajma
8)lemon half
9) garam masala 1 teaspoon
10) salt and pepper to season
11) half a cut oats
12)dijon mustard
13) cucumber slices
14) cheddar slices
15) 2 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Method
1) in a pan take 2 tablespoon oil to this add finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli, onion, carrots (use chopper to get all of this really fine) and stir fry..

2)Now add 1 tablespoon flax seeds, chia seeds and white seasame seeds to the pan and fry
3) now add boiled Rajma to the pan (I used half white rajma and half red rajma) and fry.
4) now add salt to taste, pepper and Garam masala and fry and take it off the flame
5) let is cool down a little before you mash this with a hand blender (coarsely) and squeeze half a lemon
6) now form burger patties and roll in powdered oats and shallow fry on the tava

Tips
1) For boiled rajma- soak rajma beans overnight in water. Pressure cook in a pressure cooker, it takes 3-4 whitles.
2) vegan cheese can be substituted for cheddar slice.
3) you can use lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickle to assemble your burger
