Glazed Bundt Cake

Glazed Bundt Cake - my daughter glazed the cake that explains the colour 😅

Here is my easy recipe for a lovely Vanilla pound cake 👇🏼

Recipe:

1) spray or grease the cake pan and place a parchment paper ( i used my bundt mould and for bundt mold i do not use the parchment paper, instead i just spray/ grease liberally)
2)in a bowl take 3 large eggs at room temperature, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 3-4 tablespoon milk at room temperature and whisk it all together
3) take 150 gms maida(shift the flour), 150 gms sugar, 150 gms butter  (pound - as these 3 ingredients are measured in equal amounts) , add 1 teaspoon baking powder, quarter teaspoon of salt, mix it all together 4) now add the egg mixture and use the folding and cutting motion to blend it all together
5) pour the batter into the prepared mould and bake in preheated oven at 180C for 50-55minutes, check if done with a toothpick it has to come out clean
6) unmould, and use a little butter to coat the top of the cake while still warm and let it rest for an hour before you glaze it

Vanilla Pound Cake 
For glaze:

1) take icing sugar 1 cup and milk 1 tablespoon
2) just mix together (food colouring optional)
3) pour on the cake

4) add some sprinkles ...and enjoy!
