Baked Camembert
Recently one of my friends here introduced me to this perfect dish which goes great with wine! You can serve it with some crackers,  toasties, nuts,  vegetable sticks, cut fruits anything really to dip into this gooey bake!  You could serve it either as a starter before a nice lunch/dinner or after as wine and cheese.  This is good by itself as a ketomeal as well! And what's more, it's so simple to make.,

Baked Camembert

Recipe: 

1)chop 1 garlic pod with a pinch of salt , to this add half tablespoon of olive oil and mix, let it sit for 10 mins. 
2)cut out a thin slice off the top of the Camembert and discard, now make holes in the Camembert. 
3)pour in the garlic oil mix and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 8-10 mins or until the cheese is bubbling and gooey in the center.
