Hazelnut Brownies
It's first half-term holidays for the kids and we have nowhere to go due to the second wave restrictions all over Eu. The numbers are increasing everyday and the situation around is quite glum really. However, kids are oblivious to all of this and stuck indoors means... I need to engage them constantly. We carved pumpkins , did some autumn art work and put it all up in the backyard... But holidays just arent compete without some baking!! We made hazelnut double chocolate brownies last evening and the kids helped me with everything from cracking the eggs to whisking to measuring...all I had to do was give them instructions and guide them. They were so happy it turned out so well and ofcourse they absolutely relished them ❤
