Fudgy Rye flour brownies ❤
I bake brownies almost every other week as my kids love them and hence I'm also constantly looking for alternate ingredients to make them healthier...and in this quest I have made them with wheat flour, coconut flour, almond flour, soy, millet.... But recently I heard from a friend that the best flour for brownies is Rye! Yes Rye and this gives a nutty flavour to brownies and makes them extra tasty and what's more the famous Violet Bakery, London vouches for it! Rye is nutritious and has some impressive health benefits!
I used my usual brownie recipe (updated in my earlier brownie post) and replaced plain flour with Rye flour and the brownies had an extra nutty flavour and they were deliciously fudgy!
